Full refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the applicable policy at the time of cancellation.
Refunds will be credited through the same source/mode of payment from which the amount was originally deducted.

Every booking made on https://zaytex.in is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which vary based on flight, fare rules, and booking class.
At the time of flight cancellation or rescheduling, the following service fees apply in addition to airline charges:
Domestic Flights: Airline fare rule + ?499 per person, per sector
International Flights: Airline fare rule + ?999 per person, per sector
Service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Some bookings may be fully non-refundable as per airline policy.
Partial cancellations may not be allowed for certain bookings.

After airline cancellation, customers must email us at zaytextravels@gmail.com to initiate the refund process.
After flight departure or in case of No-Show, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
Refunds in No-Show cases depend entirely on the airline.
We will refund only the amount received from the airline, if any.
By booking with Parshv Padmawati Holidays, the user agrees to pay the applicable service fees for any cancellation, rescheduling, or change:
?499 per person, per sector for domestic flights
?999 per person, per sector for international flights
Any refund will be processed after deducting the applicable service fee.
All hotel bookings are subject to cancellation charges imposed by the hotel, which vary by hotel and room type.
Parshv Padmawati Holidays charges:
5% service fee on domestic hotel bookings
8% service fee on international hotel bookings
(per room, per night)
Hotel cancellations must be requested via email at zaytextravels@gmail.com.
In some cases, customers may need to contact the hotel directly.
For cancellations within 24 hours of check-in, customers should contact the hotel first and then submit the request on our website.
Refunds will be initiated only after receiving a cancellation request via email.
Refunds for air tickets and hotel bookings will be credited to the original mode of payment after the refund is received from the airline or hotel.
Requests for approved cancellations or changes are processed within 2 working days after all dues are cleared.
Refunds are credited within 15 working days, though some banks/cards may take up to 30 additional days to reflect the amount.
Cancellation or rescheduling of tour packages, hotels, cars, buses, or any other services booked online or offline will attract an additional service charge of 5% or as specified at the time of booking, whichever is higher.
